Wonderful place to get Stronger, regain your Bone Health and Balance. It's also great for athletes. Keri, Ken and their entire crew is top notch. They are patient and kind (fun, too) and take the time to make sure you use the machines properly so that you gain strength and continue making strides. They also have an amazing assortment of extras such as the aqua massage bed, red light therapy, compression boots, & EMFT pads. It's an oasis for you bones and body! I highly recommend Osteostrong for anyone living with any kind of joint, neck or back pain. I had sciatica and low back pain for decades from sports injuries and also had tendinitis, neck and upper back issues from a car accident a few years ago. What a wonderful spot to rejuvenate yourself in such a few minutes. Coaches are friendly and instructive, and the feeling after my weekly session is invigorating.
