What a wonderful spot to rejuvenate yourself in such a few minutes. Coaches are friendly and instructive, and the feeling after my weekly session is invigorating. Wonderful place to get Stronger, regain your Bone Health and Balance. It's also great for athletes. Keri, Ken and their entire crew is top notch. They are patient and kind (fun, too) and take the time to make sure you use the machines properly so that you gain strength and continue making strides. They also have an amazing assortment of extras such as the aqua massage bed, red light therapy, compression boots, & EMFT pads. It's an oasis for you bones and body! Do yourself a favor and give it a try.
