OsteoStrong Palos Verdes

This place is great. It's so great, in fact, that I decided to drive farther and to skip an OsteoStrong that's closer to me. Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. My issue was osteoporosis, and they made plans with me to improve my next DXA scan. They provided medical research literature on the effectiveness of their system to give my PCP, who will be freaked out (not really) when I decline the medication he offers. I'll ask him to give me a trial: if I'm not better at my next DXA, I'll go ahead and take his meds. But I'm pretty sure that won't happen, not with the system OsteoStrong provides. Once a week! Amazing!

This OsteoStrong located in Rolling Hills is Estates is awesome. I'm feeling so much stronger and have less pain in my back bone and muscles after using each of the spectrum equipment. After visiting other OsteoStrong facilities, I chose OsteoStrong PV. Everyone here is so kind and caring. They make you feel as part of the family as soon as you meet them. Each of the PTs is excellent at their job and ensures proper guidance through each of the machines. I highly recommend this facility to those who need bone growth (young and old). Athletes, or those who need to get stronger due to ostepenia or osteoporosis. I am sure you will feel the same. I can't wait to see the improvement of my bones with my next scan.

I have torn rotator cuffs on each shoulder. I've had pain in both shoulders for many years and my doctor has tried several different remedies, but they haven't helped. I couldn't raise either arm above shoulder height due to the pain. Everything about OsteoStrong Palos Verdes gets a big thumbs up!! Low bone density has been an issue for me since my late 30s, yet I've never known how to truly increase it.
